Scouts & Guides

One of the Prime objective of education is to devote oneself for the cause of service and to be good human being, Scouts & Guides movements in K.V.S. has become popular.

Scouts And Guide Activities-2009-10

•   There are 64 scouts, 32 guides ,72 cubs,  24 Bul Bul   registered for  session 2009-10.

• Scout –Guide activities are organised by trained 3 Scout Masters, 01 Guide Captain , and 03 Cub Masters  , and 01 Flock Leader.

• 05 scout and 06 Guides participated in Pre –Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp 2009 in KV 1 Kota.

• 01 Scout & 04 Guides are selected for Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp 2009.

• Around 300 Scouts ,Guide , Cub  & Bul Bul Participated in  PARYAVARAN JAN CHETNA RALLY   on 15^TH JULY 2009.

• Around 200 Scouts and Guide participated in PLANTATION of trees  in school campus on 29^th july 2009.

• First TRITIYA SOPAN TESTING CAMP  of Jaipur Region was held on 10-08-09 to  13-08-09 in this vidyalaya in which 205 Scouts and 110 Guides of 28 KVs Participated.

• DIKSHA SANSKAR UTSAV for Scout & Guide of class VI was celebrated on 2nd Dec.09 on Vidyalaya level in which 17 Scouts and 8 Guides participated. Entrance Badges were provided to them by The Respected Principal.

National Cadet Core : NCC(Naval Wing)

        The Naval wing of N.C.C. has started working in this Vidyalaya from April 2006. 50 students(20 in 2nd year & 30 in 1st year) from class VIII to IX has been registered for Naval & N.C.C. All the NCC activities are being held regularly and successfully. Students are being prepared for future Defense Officers. They take keen interest in the parade, boating, theory classes of Naval subjects and exercises. 

Different camps are organized by NCC office. 25 students in the age group of 15 to 16 are registered for NCC Naval Wing every year.

• NCC Activities :- General Information,Organisation, NCC Songs, Incentives for NCC Cadets

• National Integration :- Importance, Unity in Diversity, Famous Leaders Of India, Contribution of Youth in Nation Building

• Foot Drill :- General and Words of Commands, Attention, Stand at ease and stand easy, Turning, Saluting, Getting on Parade, Falling Out, Marching etc.

• Ceremonial Drill : Getting on Parade With dressing at the order, Dismissing and Falling Out, Saluting at the Shoulder at the halt and on the March

• Leadership :- Motivation, Discipline and Duty of Good Citizen, Leadership traits, Personality/Character Development, Importance of Group/ Team Work

• Civil Affairs/Disaster Management :- Civil Defence Organisation and its duties, Fire Fighting, Protection

• Naval Subject :- Gunnary, Rigging, Seamanship, Firing etc.

• Self Defence :- Physical Self Defence, Vulnerable Parts of the Body, Precaution and General Behavior of Boys/Girls etc.

• Health and Hygiene

• Adventure Activities

• Environment and Ecology

NCC Activities-2009-10

•  20 cadets appear in ‘A’ certificate examination 2008 and passed.

•  25 New Cadets are enrolled for the session 2009-10 for two year(Tenure)

• One cadet Mr.Vinay Kumar Class XII-C won the prize of Rs.5000/- from      CWS( Cadet Welfare Society ) for achieving higher marks in academic Exam.

• 50 cadets troop is functioning and running smoothly with NCC activities.

• Inspection of NCC Troop held on 25th Nov.2009 by the Group Commander Colonel K.        K.Kakkad.
